These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Reliev’s website and services. By accessing our site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Reliev provides physiotherapy and wellness services for adults, children, and women’s health. All treatments are delivered by qualified professionals and may require relevant health information prior to the session for safety and clinical assessment purposes.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
3. Payments
Payments are made on site, by card, Vipps, or cash. All fees are listed in NOK, and receipts are issued digitally after each session.
4. Promotional Offers and Vouchers
Promotional offers, coupons, or external vouchers (including third-party platforms) are valid only for first-time clients and cannot be used for follow-up sessions. Such offers cannot be combined with other discounts and are subject to availability.
5. Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Reliev reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or breach of clinic policies.
7. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and beneficial experience, Reliev cannot be held responsible for adverse effects, injuries, or outcomes resulting from incomplete disclosure of health information, misuse of treatment, or non-compliance with recommendations.
8. Changes to Terms
Reliev may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page and is effective immediately upon publication.
